I should have known as soon as I saw it being served cafeteria style. I chose the roast beef and saw that gravy wasn't going to make this any less dry. A smarter version of myself would've turned around and left but my hunger makes bad decisions.
The plate looks beautiful, for a moment its looks gave me hope.
Im going to make a guess that this food was not cooked today, possibly not even yesterday, but reheated several times under that heat lamp.
Personally Id feel criminal charging what I paid for this.

Friendly staff
I'd travelled from Carrick on Shannon to pick up my friend's car and I was starving. Popped in here, fabulous array of food at the carvery. One of the lovely chefs served me. I have to say the beef was very tasty and portions are generous. I had to ask for less and I love my food.
Really fast friendly service. Offer you tea or coffee straight away and they have a really good breakfast menu. You don't have to wait long and the staff are all friendly.
